Task: to increase the number of calls and patients by using digital channel

What we’ve done:

  • determine the most valuable services of the clinic we could promote digitally
  • create measures that could both optimize the campaign and provide the statistics.

So we create 15 variations of 5 landing pages (with different structure, copyrights, design) and 60 banners of different types (video-ads, smartphones and PC’s) to provide proper a/b testing, add call-tracking technology to gather feedback and remastered google analytics to evaluate conversions on different levels of purchase funnel.

After the test months, we left only 3 landing pages with the services that provide the best financial impact and 6 optimized campaigns with the highest conversion rates.
